Biography

I am currently a research associate with the Robotics and Multi-Perception Lab directed by Prof. Ming Liu, at the Robotics Institute, Department of Electronic and Computer Engineering, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). I received my Ph.D degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) under the supervision of Prof. Max Qing-Hu Meng in 2017. I received my master's degree from the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), and my bachelor's degree from Hefei University of Technology (HFUT) in 2012 and 2009, respectively. I am a recipient of the Best Paper award at the IEEE-ROBIO 2019 conference, and the Best Student Paper Finalist award at the IEEE-ROBIO 2015 conference.

Autonomous Driving, Deep Learning, Robotics and Autonomous Systems, Semantic Scene Understanding, Moving-object Detection, Robotic Navigation, Localization, Mapping and Exploration, etc.
